slangpdx
I got a copy of my exam and it is full of distortions, omissions and mistatements. I have an appointment with my rep tomorrow to file a request for another exam. Does anyone have experience with this or can suggest the best approach? carlie
If they did you need to file a Notice Of Disagreement within 30 days of the date of the Rating and send it Certified Returned receipt back to VBA. Claimants have up to one year to file a NOD on a Rating Decision. carlie
Moderator pacmanx1 Posted May 3, 2010 Moderator Share Posted May 3, 2010 Carlie, my point exactly, why rush to file a NOD. A veteran can request a reconsideration and if it is denied and still within a year, the veteran can then file a NOD.
