Question

Ok,

for the second time I was denied IU again and told to take my claim to the BVA...Why does the VA keep doing this. I haven't been able to work since 2001 and was retired for the same medical issues by SSD..

I can't understand this.......Tnx

And, just don't include any "personal" information. I have done this in times past with my OWN claims and denials and statements of the case, etc.

What I do is this:

Take your correspondence from the VA and make a copy of it.

Then take a big ol black Sharpie pen and mark through ALL indentfying information on this copy(name, address, claim/social security number, dates, doctor's names, even the names of the VA Regional Office, etc., if you feel that is necessary, whatever YOU feel comfortable with, only make sure and leave the pertinent portion of the correspondence).

Then scan THIS "redacted" copy and post it right here.

Then somebody smart will be able to help you more accurately and informatively!

And, you'll learn stuff and so will the many, many "guests" that we have visit the Hadit board daily, thereby your time spent helping yourself by posting this stuff actually helps an unknown number of veterans, also. Veterans that you or I will never know, but that we have a hand in, literally, "life-changing" events in their lives, by the knowledge that you helped them acquire.

Thanks

"It is cold and we have no blankets.

The little children are freezing to death.

My people, some of them, have run away to the hills, and have no blankets, no food; no one knows where they are-perhaps freezing to death.

I want to have time to look for my children and see how many of them I can find.

Maybe I shall find them among the dead.

Hear me, my chiefs! I am tired; my heart is sick and sad.

From where the sun now stands, I will fight no more forever."

I may be off but if your avatar shows a picture of you, I would change it. I personally would not put my picture online.

I concur! I would remove that picture ASAP! Just as a precaution! Good Luck!
