Bva Hearing

I have a question.

My problem is this I have a case waiting for BVA, been 2 years now.

Problem is I have moved from America to another country what happens if I have to do a C and P??????????

Not really sure but you could fly home, for the exam, if need be, or ask them to do the exam thru the state dept. I would think the latter could cause you further delay. jmo

The VA actually requires overseas Veterans to use Houston as their VARO. Its a pretty good chance depending on the country that they can work through the American Embassy. You should let them know as soon as you can your exact circumstances or just come back for C&P. You have options.

For sure I would fly back to the US for a BVA Hearing and any exams requested.

I hope your getting any and all of your VA mail, especially if it's to notify you for

something like this.

If you miss any C&P appointment you can pretty much look forward to a denial

in most cases.
