jhman
Hello, I called the 800 # on the status of my claim, they told me there was a decision. My question is does anyone know how long it might take from the decision date to hear any more information? Thanks!! Airborne all the way
Moderator brokensoldier244th Posted September 22, 2010 Moderator Share Posted September 22, 2010 Could be days, could be weeks, could be remanded back down to a rater after review for more information or C&Ps, too. Good luck.

It has to go to 2 more stages after this. After a decision is made it has to be reviewed, then a letter will be sent out. FOr me in AZ once a decision was made-it took one week before I received a letter. Now I am waiting for my retro.. Just be patient a little bit longer. Good luck! Good luck. broken, Remand is not a VARO term unless it comes from the CAVC,BVA or AMC. The rater could make a decision to have some additional development done.
