Here is something else you may want to do.

Contact the VA via the IRIS on the web. You can get better answers to your questions that way, and more accurate answers. Someone on the telephone can tell you anything that they happen to think up at that moment, whereas the IRIS people HAVE to actually LOOK UP your information before answering (you answer IS a "written record", right?) so they tend to deal in facts much better than those telephone folks.

Amen to that-100% correct. I called, called, called, every day-2-3 times a day and got a different response every time. The 800# wasn't designed for that purpose. They have only a very limited info, and most of the time they will not share that as they have very strict guide lines they must follow. There are 8 call centers-you call will be routed to one of them. The IRIS was more helpful, however even they don't know where your file is, or whats going on half-the time. For me, I will be filing one claim or NOD at a time per the VSO. who I have now handling my claims. Takes less time-much faster, and approval rate is higher than throwing the"kitchen sink" at them.

I am confused as to what is being said.

They split up the claim not me. I am trying to get info on tdiu and p&t

I am sorry my ptsd and depression is overtaking me today. I was upset as to what she told me but that makes no sense to keep something sitting there for all that time. waiting on a claim they are not processing at all.

we will have to see... at anyrate any info is appreciated.

I hope the info I gave you is being understood... there is only 2 things on the claim.. the other has a few more things but they spit it up not me...... but they are saying that they will continue to process that one that has the cnp's but will not pay out any of them until they are all done.. that makes no sense and is what i am trying to get an understanding about.
