He just informed me of this astonishing award- and I have no details. His message to all of us in the veteran's communities is to NEVER give UP! GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University ! When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we." Berta Posted December 18, 2010 Author Share Posted December 18, 2010 Kelley had a heart attack in Nov Carlie- which I didn't know then and I don't know if this is a IHD AO claim or for his other disabilitiies but it was 100%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
