Your Mom's 50 % SC does not allow any educational benefits for you. This is a lost cause. Carlie passed away in November 2015 she is missed. Unless She takes up residence in Alabama-and I believe 20% disabled is all that state requires-I am sure There are a couple of stipulations also to it-I have been thinking about doing that for My son when the time comes-8 years from now- but I also joined up there. !! nothing that a ride on the old Harley can't fix !!
