John46
Went and seen my VSO today and found out the following: 1. DVD lower leg 0% to 10% 2. The 100% for one year was granted along with something that he said because I had two other disabilities one at 60% IHD and the other knee at 60% 3. After the 100% is over the left knee will go to 30% 4. Would bring the temporary rate to over $3,000. (We have no kids at home and the wife is not AA Does anybody have any idea that the extra money would be for?

HadIt.com Elder Philip Rogers Posted May 10, 2011 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted May 10, 2011 Sounds like you're getting the married 100% rate, plus SMC "s" award for the IHD. Just a guess, tho. That would be around $3143 monthly. pr
John46
Thanks, the VSO said we would file for TDIU after the retirement takes effect (6/15/11. He said to write a letter to my employer stating I was retireing for medical reasons and that it wouldn't hurt to get one from them which will be no problem, and then file. Thanks for all you do to help vets.
