Rate this question

Question

After reading about the Bulging disc, I would like some help on filing an additional claim.

I am currently at 70%

I was rated as follows Social Fobia 50%

Partial tear rotator cuff 10%

Right knee chondromalcia 10%

Left knee chondromalcia 10%

Chronic strain lumboscacral spine 10%

I recently viewed an MRI for my back because I having serious pain shoot down my leg. The MRI shows I have a bulging disc.

I am currently un-employed and I have not worked for almost a year. Also since it hard for me to contact my nearest VSo, should I file another claim or should I do a total UI?

Thanks for your replies.

If you have not worked in almost a year, the odds of your ever returning may be slim.

Be sure to fill out the TDIU form , you can locate it on line.

Without that form, believe the VA will sit and do nothing.

If possible have the form date stamped as proof.

Turn in immediately.

Take it easy.

My mind is still somewhat foggy, but hope I have helped you some.

Yes, file for TDIU because you may need some kind of surgery to fix that back and you will be unable to work. The problems with your back are probably the result of that lumbar strain, but you need the TDIU money as soon as you can get it.
