Denmaint7
Glad to hear that the V.A. can do good things for all the right reasons. I pray that R.O.'s mojo can rub off on all the others and get them to not be negitive, and do the right thing for so many deserving veterans out there. God bless, Denmaint7 aka... old crew chief/ USAF.

Berta
I agree with Philip- and these are the POW regulations: http://cfr.vlex.com/vid/establishing-presumptions-prisoners-19775601 Our local VA Nursing Home is wonderful. I bet all VA NHs are. I know he will get good care there. Thanks so much for helping this veteran! GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University ! When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we." Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.
