carlie Posted July 31, 2011 Share Posted July 31, 2011 Last week when I went there, they had either posted to the web site or sent me a message that they would be down for maintenance, I can't remember which. Personally for me I don't think it's healthy to live on ebenefits or the 800 number - unless you see some action, it just increase my stress and engrains in me - AGH - still waiting. Also, with either one of them it's still a crap shoot. You either can read on ebenefits or be told by 800 #, one thing and then a month later you find out it was sent back to development. No matter how you try to access your claims information/status, the process is nothing like tracking a package and for many, checking too often induces additional stress. Plus the web site can and sometimes does go down several times a day/week, it's only natural and no cause for any worry or alarm. JMHO Carlie passed away in November 2015 she is missed. SP4RVN1971 Posted July 31, 2011 Share Posted July 31, 2011 Carlie, You hit it on the head. E-benefits is another way to put you off or piss you off. It was up yesterday for alittle bit. It talk's about what information you send in, but does not give you info on what you should send and if there looking at it. The 800 is the same, but you get to talk to a person. the stress is the same! The BLACK HOLE!
