Did you have all of the conditions on one claim? Do you have a VSO? Did it change your award%? I see you have 70% rating on your avatar. What did they enclose as the reasons they approved or denied the disabilities you claimed?

Thanks halo2 I do have a vso . All claims were submitted at the same time. The rating of 70% is from two of those claims. Two others were denied. The IHD claim was not declined or even mentioned. Is it possible they separated it from the other claims? The two that were denied, one was not considered service related , the other was lack of proof.

Is the IHD claim falling under the Nehmer COurt Order?

If so , it is possibly at a RO that is handling the Nehmer claims.

"In august they said my Ihd was in decision phase. anyone want to guess why there was no mention of it."

They said my IHD death claim was ready to rate since April.

I checked on it recently and it is still where it should be.

It is possible they have completely separated that claim from the awarded claims.

Still- maybe the VSO should look into that.
