My Claim Has Been Decided

Question

Just looked on E-benefits and my claim has moved out of the Decision phase and placed in the

Pending Decision Approval

The recommended decision is reviewed, and a final award approval is made. If it is determined that more evidence or information is required, the claim will be sent back in the process for more information or evidence.

The suspense is killing me, Hopefully i will hear something before the new year.

Ok now they have sent it from "The recommended decision is reviewed, and a final award approval is made." to Review of evidence, this ever happen to anyone else out there! I mean there C & P doc wrote I have 1 -3 Mets for CAD,

and for TDIU wrote, As a result of the veterans significant Coronary history and residual of Chronic Stable Angina, he would be unable to hold positions in either Sedentary or Active Employment.

What more would they want, Sorry just venting!

It's another layer of Quality Assurance the decision has to go through. Claims often go up and down the ladder as checks and balances are reviewed. Frustrating to say the least. Claims always have at least 2 layers of checks and balances (at least from what I understand).

NJB,

You're just going to have to let it run it's time to finish.

Do not count on info from ebenefits and/or especially the 800#

being completely accurate.

When you get the decision - that's when you'll know for sure.

Ya just got to keep waiting it out.

Carlie, Thanks for the help, I'm just going to relax and let it run it's course, just so frustrating sometimes how we are treated.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

NJB,

It probably won't be much longer.

My usual thought plan is just try to find something that has absolutely

nothing at all to do with your claim issues and stay busy, busy, busy.

Clean out your sock and underwear drawer -

yea - I peeked and know they're in there together : )

Sweep the porch and/or steps good, pretty something up.

Give or get yourself a manicure AND pedicure -

after all - good things are in the works and you will feel better

when you'r looking good.

If you need a hair-cut and shave - get to it.

Be nice to yourself and someone else too.

Get busy and the time will go by faster - hey - if you have a vehicle has it had a cleaning lately ?

Feels real good to drive a nice clean vehicle - even if it's what I call - an island car, (like in St. Croix)
