greatescape
After 5 years of taking patience pills, missing a deadline, refiling again after a diagnosis of asbestosis by my VA pulmonary doctor last July, which was a life saver. I recieved my lil brown envelope in the mail yesterday from the VA with a 100% decision on my claim. Yeahhhhhh ! The frustrating part was they had all the info in front of them & could'nt seem to be able to connect the dots. Any one out there in a simialer situation keep the faith & above all don't give up, keep plugging away! Inarticulate&Distorted

HadIt.com Elder jbasser Posted January 6, 2012 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted January 6, 2012 How did you prove exposure? J A Veteran is a person who served this country. Treat them with respect. A Disabled Veteran is a person who served this country and bears the scars of that service regardless of when or where they served. Treat them with the upmost respect. I do. Rejection is not a sign of failure. Failure is not an option, Medical opinions and evidence wins claims. Trust in others is a virtue but you take the T out of Trust and you are left with Rust so be wise about who you are dealing with.
