That's not it. You have the wrong file.

I looked at 2 other vets sites and googled it and I couldn't find it either.......

This is very odd because they usually pop up right away at google unless we have the TLs here.

All vet reps are supposed to get TLs- do you have a vet rep who might have it?

Took a few days to find this but I think this might be what your looking for:

then scroll down to: Training Letter 11-05 PTSD-MST

There are two .doc under the above heading - one has the cover sheet (2 pages). The other has the rest of the info.
