SP4RVN1971
I just got a Award ketter and on the third page It has a statement which reads: We enclosed a VA form 21-8760 " Additonal information for Veterans with Sevice-Connected Permanent and Total Disability, " which explain certain factors concerning your benfits; Does mean I'm P&T now? Bonzai
I hope so! Is there anything saying that your condition(s) is static, permanent in nature, or anything about CHAMPVA and Chapter 35 benefits? I'm sure there are more clues, but I can't think of them now. You could also look up your award in the eBenefits award letter generator.

HadIt.com Elder Pete53 Posted January 15, 2012 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted January 15, 2012 Congrats but you should call or go to your clinic and ask for verification. Unfortunately an insert explaining P&T is no guarantee when you deal with VA. That is my opinion. Trust but verify
Guest
SP4, your packect should also say that your dependents maybe eligible for Dependent Education Assistance and CHAMPVA. It should also say that you maybe entitled to Armed Forces Commissary and Exchange privileges.
