Moderator broncovet Posted January 23, 2012 Moderator Share Posted January 23, 2012 Agree, but the VA will have to send you a "proposal to reduce" and give you at least 60 days to fight it. Also, there are strict rules as to when the VA can reduce. They can not always reduce based on the results of a single C and P exam (but we can expect them to try anyway. Many times the VA will try to get away with not following the rules, and only in appeals admit it, and even then they will try something else to deny you) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
