tdiu Ebenefits Working Or?

Hello all.

I have been trying to access ebenefits claims status since yesterday but when I get a message it cannot access the ifno at this time and to call the 800#.

Is the system down or maybe are the changing the info on my file?

I have a claim in for TDIU & increase and as of last week it was on "preparation for decision" phase. Also, the week prior I met with my Voc Rehab/ILP counselor and she looked and said it was on "prep for decisn" and to not do anything- don't send papers in, just wait and from today to 30 to 90 days it should be rated.

Please everyone pass some advice bad or good but I need some positive remarks. Right now I'm at home healing up from spine surgery- laminectomy and spinal fusion and bone graft so I could use some smiles. It's a sunny day which is nice amybe I will walk outside today.

I can log-in into my account but when I click on the claim status tab it gives me an error and it tells me to contact the 800 number

You are all great! Even though I got no responses saying You got it, I am laughing and smiling because I wasn't the only one with issues and I aint got no dam tissues.

It's good to know I am not in this club by myself. Been having the same problem. I have called the 800 number and get a recording telling me that my call may take some time as they currently enrolling ebenifit members. I had to go to RO to enroll. At any rate the program don't impress with its current service.

Same here can log in but when I click on my claim it say call 800# its been like that for like 3 weeks so my guess is it is like everything else at the VA a joke
