So I called the VA's 800 number yesterday and I spoke with a representative regarding my compensation claim which is currently in the "review of evidence" stage at the Chicago Regional Office. I wanted to know if there was any update because I haven't heard anything in a long time (submitted claim June 10th of last year) and he told me "your file here is showing that it is under it's second review." I didn't even think about asking what that meant until it was too late and I had already ended the call.
My question is this: Does anyone here know what exactly that means? It sounds like a "good" thing, maybe progress is being made to get me closer to a C&P Exam?... Any ideas?
