Off To Another Cnp Exam ,today At 2:30

The VA is checking me out again today,Just finished with Physical therapy today at 10:30am.

The physical therapy is not working the Doctor says it is not getting any better, no gains at all made from this torture. I would love just to be able to put muscle back on it,so I don't look so lopp sided.. Now I am sore and the VA is going to examin me today? It ought to be about as bad as it gets. I am not letting them do much. I will be in the Emegency Room if they do. You would think that after my right shoulder history and the amount of surgeries taken to that side-4- they would just leave it alone. Since my last exam 3 years ago My left has popped out 3-4 times in 2 years they get the Doctors notes sent to them,after two surgeries on that side and me needing another.. .Why must I Go through this again, I will be sore for two weeks after today... Lucky Me.. and the Wife isn't home to Help with My shoulder Brace, Can't get it on... : (<... I am having ankziety and This Sucks.. Can't I say Screw You...

Hi Peeps,

I have good News from My E-benefits page . My decision is on the way,date given is 07/24/2012.Maybe now I can be done with this war that has made me so bitter,stressed me out,Made me question the hole Veterans Claims process, If I am Done and Get a fair and Just award. I will be doing a vacation , it will be the first time in over 8 years. Again I thank everyone here for the help.regardless the outcome ,Hadit. has been and is a big help. Everyone one here should sleep good at night Knowing they lead veterans through a mess and make a hell of a difference - For the Vet...

Anyone have any Idea;s on the time it takes for the BVA and the local VARO Buffalo NY,to cummunicate and get veterans Decision to there door... ? Decision & Claims File Dispatch . they are sayin lag time...with the VA ? wow that leaves a door wide open...............

Ok a month ago a Decision was made..nothing Yet. How Long, before The VA does their job and gets my decision to Me?

A decision.nothing about an award, that comes with the notice of a decision.if still like its been in the past The BVA has made the decision they the BVA sent Notifacation back to My local VARO--buffalo NY..and they are draggin there feet. the local VARO works out the award....I Think....and then sends everything to me and my Rep...but you would think sence everything there in front of them and the only thing left to do is finish it they would.....get it done...Instead they.... sit it in a corner...and I have anxiety attacks...until I find out what has been decided. been a month....

another month gone by....and the Buffalo VARO has not done a thing. with a decision thats already made.all they have to do is finish it..Problem is the don't give a crap.
