carlie
Carlie, thanks for the info. I'm still trying to figure out if applying for TDIU is still in my best interest at this moment. I will probably figure it out soon. egan, I think it best to wait on receipt of your official notification prior to doing anything more at this time. If VA did what I think they are supposed to, then consideration for IU should be addressed in the decision. JMHO

HadIt.com Elder john999 Posted May 24, 2012 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted May 24, 2012 The VA should have inferred TDIU if they now you have not worked in a year due to SC conditions.
eganusn
John, nope they didn't make mention of TDIU at all. I am still thinking whether I should file or not, as I am still waiting on a deferred decision for my left knee and I want to do a NOD for the denied conditions, as I have more than enough evidence to overturn it. I am still trying to decide which way to go.
xpertshot
Glad to hear your claim is moving in the right direction. Good luck on the NOD for the denied claims.
