JT24usn
Dro went as expected. Rubber stamped. Now on to BVA. Hoping for better results. Issue. Pyramid 7318 and 7328 at the higher rate. From 20 to 40%. 38 cfr 4.114. We shall see. Tick tock tick tock
HadIt.com Elder john999 Posted June 24, 2012 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted June 24, 2012 I think you should just argue your own unique claim with unique medical evidence at the BVA stage.
JT24usn
Should you always have a hearing? Is it beneficial? When I submit my form 9 and evidence that will be all. Then it is the waiting game.
JT24usn
Form 9 submitted today with my evidence. Tick tock tick tock. Guess it doesn't matter if all evidence is submitted with the form 9? I have nothing else to submit. Now what three year, four?
carlie
Form 9 submitted today with my evidence. Tick tock tick tock. Guess it doesn't matter if all evidence is submitted with the form 9? I have nothing else to submit. Now what three year, four? Yes, you are absolutely correct - "Tick tock tick tock", minimum two, three, four years will pass by before having resolve on this - at least that's what my crystal ball is showing : - ) Personally - me - I have changed strategies in my thoughts on VBA claims, for appeal issues. To heck with the current VARO denial - to heck with years of the BVA wait. Personally - I would let a year pass by and allow the decision become final. During this year I would be sure to get all the medical care needed for whatever condition and documentation of such. Then I would re-open with N&M evidence that FIRMLY supports the higher evaluation. JMHO
