I normally go to Dallas VAMC and my regional office is Waco. I was scheduled for my C&P's at the (new) Fort Worth Outpatient Clinic.
Today I had C&P's for:
Ortho (back, shoulder)
Psy: PTSD
TBI
Audio/Tinitis
I have two more next week and will see if I can get copies of today's visits. The doctors seemed nice enough and were quick to develop raport and got right down to business. As the one said, this is not an attempt to diagnose you, but just a fact finding exam.
