Guest terrysturgis
Friend of mine, in country Viet Nam vet, never wanted to file a claim, no health problems. Long story short, he had open heart surgery in Ann Arbor by the VA. Triple bypass, etc. He filed his claim and got 10%. I explained to him the process used by the VA called LOW BALLING. Well we got busy and the envelope came with his new rating. 80% with 50% rating for PTSD plus some smaller ratings. Now it's time to file for TDIU. I consider this win a victory for our HADIT family as this board gives us the knowledge we need to help our veteran family. Thanks to you all. HadIt.com Elder Chuck75 Posted August 9, 2012 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted August 9, 2012 There may be a chance to claim 100% temporary payment from the VA due to the open heart surgery. It depends on the specific details, etc.
