Ihd Claim - Need To Vent

Been through the waiting game before but my gosh, submitted documentation including completed IHD form from the cardiologist a long time ago and still no movement.

Incidentally, VA closed the IHD claim "in error" without reviewing it....and, we have documented proof they did so...their error. There were 2 Agent Orange issues they were suppose to look at - one was irrelevant, the other very relevant (IHD)

I found that calling the 1-800 # at least every two week and if I did not like there answer I would call them back next day. Always being nice, but to the point. Also I woulds send them the doctor's records by mail or fax, and in about 2 weeks i would call to make sure they got it. If not send again! We know that they also getting the information, but don't trust them. Forget Ebenefit, a waste of time.
