Question

Hi all, I guess it is my time for more stress in my little world, I am still in treatment, never stop in five years, treatment is one of my only time I can smile, been with Vets I can relate to. Seen my Dr. On one and one scares me because of more PE, CPT, OR IN VIVO, recomendations, at the sametime is where I can get answers to my world.

I have just learn to endure my avoidances to just immediate family one friend, plus Hadit. Now comes this, more stress is not welcome, what should I expect? Another C&P?

This is just an update, I am at the eb and flow of the VA.

Thanks for all the support, definitely needed, I would take it as mention below, but the most important part you guy's gave me is priceless, my mental seems kind of out of control, specially stress level. So thanks again Hadit Family.PS.. for ex. See my rant on social chat.

Got another C&P with QTC, in the next two weeks. Nov, will make it one year that I did my last QTC for PTSD, we're I got the 100%. Still going to therapy, one group, one with a one and one, the other is a twenty minutes to get my medication, and I do have to take them, to relieve my anxiety.

Anyway just my way to communicate, to my Hadit Family. Thanks
