Question

Hey all,

my case went from review of evidence to pending decision approval in two days and this is at the Waco Varo. Should I be worried by this rapid movement it seems after two years I am gonna get a negative even though my C+P is on my side.

My case sat for a long time then it went extremely fast.

I received payment 2 weeks after my C&P. Speaking for myself

the C&P seemed to hold alot of weight on the decision.

I really didn't have much else for evidence.

Good Luck,

Bob K

My claim sat for almost 2 years and then moved pretty quick as well. From a source in San Antonio, they are doing full court press on claims hitting the 2 year and > mark.

Mine was dead in the water from Oct 2010 to May 2012. I did 2 C&P's end of May and beginning of June then went from gathering evidence to closed starting in August to September in eBenefits.

Needless to say, the claims process is an animal with it's own personality that's as individual as those claims within it. There's no explaining the method of the madness.

Don't give up though...if you hear quacking, that means your ducks are in a row and the end may be near! biggrin.png
