HadIt.com Elder Pete53 Posted May 5, 2014 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted May 5, 2014 I am not sure but I think that there are circumstances wher a Veteran convicted of a felon gets 10% and his fmaily gets the balance. Don't forget that a lot of incarcerated Veterans are there cause of PTSD caused by their service.
HadIt.com Elder john999 Posted May 6, 2014 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted May 6, 2014 That's true and the vet's family should not suffer just because he'/she commits a crime. I have met quite a few vets who have done time and it was due to drugs and PTSD. If the vet is getting 100% and his/her wife and kids depend on that money and Chapter 35 the should not suffer. aggie54
