Question

It has been over 60 days since my hearing (read my earleir post to see how ALJ hearing went), Is this bad news or what? I was told if you haven't heard back by your 90 day mark its pretty much a No go at this station? Please help with words of encouragement however I want the truth.

Personally, I feel a denial is much quicker to write and notify

the claimant - than a fully favorable decision would be.

Anyone who's ridden the SSDI rollercoaster understands, Vet.

What helped me was hope for the best but plan for the worst. Look at anything in your case that may leave doubt & figure how you'll strengthen it for appeal.

I hope you get some good news soon! smile.png
