Spoke with SSD yesterday and the agent told me that my claim was approved and is with the underwriter. My question is this, how likely would they lie over the phone. Also, he did tell me not to tell my lawyer because lawyers often call before hand and that will get him (ssd agent) in trouble. Is this likely...

I want to encourage all vets out their to keep the faith/ fighting. I joined this site prior to retireing from the army and the elders and community of this site walked me through the VA process, I was awarded 100%. I filed for SSD and was denied, elders spoke about hireing a lawyer, I did and won my case. If you don't get the hint I will come out and say it, JOIN THE DAMN SITE!!! To the Elders and to the community, I am greatful. I want abandoned you guys/ girls, I will stay and assist in way possible. My next move is to file P and T now that I got SSD.
