Nothing really worthwhile is free including medical care. Of course, the government and the people of the USA owe us, but while you wait you may die from neglect. Hollis Posted June 3, 2013 Share Posted June 3, 2013 Hi GEORGIAPAPA, from Georgia pawpaw. I call last year to make an appointment to get my eyes checked , in about 90 days it was schedule. I went had the eye examinenation and the glasses was made. However when they came I could not see out of them. I went back the VA clinic to see eye Dr. I had to wait a little, but when I saw her she said I need to adjust to them. I knew this was a piece of crap. I left there and went to Wal mart and got me some new reading glasses. BTW the eye Dr. took the number off my old pair of WAL MART reading glasses to make the new one. I later found out that this eye dr. has been fired from several eye clinics around town. Well - she is . . . and after you see her and get the glasses . . . you won't be able to see anything out of them - lol. Carlie passed away in November 2015 she is missed.
