It takes about thirty days and you can request copies of your exam at ROI release of information at your va hospital

This might be possible if it were done at a VAMC but if done by a

contracted C&P examiner, most likely a copy will not be released until after adjudication.

Ok so I just had my C&P last week and know I was wondering where I can go to check status. Thought this might be the section to find out. Thanks for the help

What do you mean by 'check status'?

Carlie passed away in November 2015 she is missed.

The "local" area VAMC claims that the VARO (Atlanta) has instructed them to NOT release C&P results starting in July this year. Veterans must request the results in writing from the VARO (I suspect complete with the various ROI and FOIA forms.) Naturally, this will likely further delay claims processing.

Just another veteran "unfriendly" practice of the VA's! I watched a news article/video on FOX news claiming that new veterans may have approximately 49 forms to fill out to apply for various benefits that they may be entitled to.

That is outrageous Chuck.....

Fox News always seems to be well aware of the VA and the stuff vets go through.

GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University !

When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief

Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.
