Need help with a federal agency?

In order to better understand how I can be of help, I would ask that you provide a letter, with your signature explaining the situation and what assistance is required. In addition, in order to comply with the provisions of the Privacy Act, please include a completed privacy authorization form. Please mail this information to my Bath District Office, P.O. Box 153, Bath, NY 14810.

Deaf/Hard of Hearing Constituents

Randy welcomes contact from his deaf/hard-of-hearing constituents through the telephone relay service, via email, or in letters.

Avoid Mail Delays

Due to increased mail security screening in Washington which causes major delays and, in some cases, destruction of mail, it is recommended that letters from all constituents be sent directly to Randy's Bath District Office to expedite and ensure delivery.

heres what I got

Good Morning to you too Rick,

Yes there has been a development in your case, and it's a good one!

You will be receiving a letter from the VA in the very near future that will ask

you to report for a full medical physical and review. The results of which

will be used by the Medical Review Board (MRB) to make a decision on your

case. Basically the case has passed through the beginning stages and we only

have two left until a decision. There are of course appeals that can be made

based on the decision, but I remain hopeful that the VA will do the right

thing and get you back to work!

I hope that all is well with you and your family and if there is

anything that I can do for you, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

E-mail is just fine, and I believe that you have the phone numbers, so just

call or write if you have any questions or concerns. I will be in touch as

things develop, and the VA will continue to contact you directly. Have a

good one!

Ben

what medical review board?

Didn't you have a C & P already Rick?

I think he means a C & P ======MRB is for medical discharges of active military-

BUT in any event they-the Buffalo VARO-are obviously doing something on your claim-

Dont get me wrong- when I used to deal with the Congressman we had before Randy got in (and even when I last spoke to Randy too-I griped about my last claim at the VARO) it took a while to get our communications going-I speak VA legalise and they speak

congressmanola.
