Question

I should find out today if the VA ever got my ssdi records. Assuming they didn't get them, should I submit them before they start working on my nod for ptsd, while they're wrapping up my asthma reduction?

I agree 100%!

I have actually overheard vet reps tell vets, 'dont send them too much' but ,if the evidence is probative ,why not give it to the VA, and ASAP?

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

Everytime I go to an appointment, whether it be at the VA or outside provider I send the notes. I never used to do this, I used to rely on the VHA to take care of sending notes or VBA requesting them. I now send all notes to DAV for inclusion in my pending claim.
