They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity
Berta
Mike 76 This is the most recent AMC phone number we posted here: 1-866-258-0341 I had a Fax number too years ago, but they never responded to my faxes. Today for some reason I googled the AMC and got this email addy....it popped up on the BVA page. amcdirmailbox@va.gov I have no idea when BVA put it there or if anyone reads their email. In your first post here Mike, you said: “I first filed PTSD claim in 05. Denied and appealed twice. Had a BVA video hearing DEC 12. VA shrink(not c&p exam) diagnosed me with PTSD back in 07, private shrink diagnosed me last year in 2012 connecting it to military service while deployed. Claim was remanded to AMC on AUG 15 2013 as I wait for a c&p exam in Philly. Wtf is AMC and now what do I do because Disabled American Vets in Philly sucks. Already had my claim advanced do to financial hardship/homeless. Should I try to sell my mess of a story to local news? Multiple suicide attempts, drugs/alcohol, rehab, violent outbursts, disrupted family gatherings, no social life, periods of paranoid delusions where I can't be near other human beings....any advice? “ Mike your claim might have just gotten out of the AMC mailroom....this will take time.... However I sure think you need to contact them due to the hardship advancement. It might help to IRIS the VA , and make that point to the VA and to the AMC. I think I had posted the new PTSD criteria for you some time ago BUT I just noticed something in your initial post.........if VA diagnosed you with PTSD ,in 2007, connected to your deployment and you can prove or have already proven your stressor for the PTSD, then, when you do succeed in this claim.....please remind me here that you might have a valid basis for a CUE claim for more retro. I am assuming that your stressor is solid. Could this possibly be your BVA remand ?: http://www.index.va.gov/search/va/view.jsp?FV=http://www.va.gov/vetapp13/Files1/1308617.txt Edited September 2, 2013 by Berta GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University ! When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we." Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.
