bluehen2859 Posted October 18, 2013 Author Share Posted October 18, 2013 I have 4 30%s and I know that one of them will get bumped up to 40% or more and then I will apply for IU thru the VA. My VSO rep told me today that I can not apply for IU until one of my %s gets bumped up to atleast 40%, even though I already have a total 80% for service connected. With the claim in the VA to up my %s, I hope it goes fast. I am going to meet with Lawyer on Tuesday for the Social Security Disability. I hope everything speeds up for all of us. Good luck to you.
