Ao Cancer Epa Petition

Question

The notable NY Vets advocate , Sue Belanger, and also Paul Sutton from law firm B & M (Guest at SVR) are requesting vets and their dependents to sign this petition:

http://org.salsalabs.com/o/852/p/dia/action3/common/public/?action_KEY=14268

The petition regards:

“The EPA’s landmark report—the "Dioxin Reassessment"—still remains a draft, which has stymied the agency's development of federal dioxin regulations for over 25 years. EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson pledged to finalize this assessment by December 2010. Nearly four years later after EPA’s self-imposed deadline, we are still waiting for this assessment to be complete. “

This petition is to urge the EPA to finish their cancer assessment regarding cancers from Agent Orange exposure that are not presumptive.

Too many AO vets are dying from cancers that are npot on the AO VA presumptive list.

They need more signatures. I think I was only # 77.

Just wondering after signing the petition how many RVN vets have gotten AO Registry Exam and how many have filed AO claims? I also wonder what kind of follow up is being done on those who got AO exam? I know we are statistical lab rats. AO Registry has never contacted me in all these years to ask if I have AO presumptive conditions. Who is keeping these records and to what purpose? Three million served "boots on the ground" and less than a million survive. Maybe that is normal mortality for our age groupings?
