Ain't that the sh-ts !!!!!

"Supervisors say some employees would deliberately file the records of several veterans in one file in a process known as “stashing.”

I guess that is a step up from "shredding".....

your comments are right on the nose Daklander.....BTW, VA added more AO ships to their list recently, the link is in our AO forum.

I saw that Berta, thanks. I had also posted the info in Carlie's original thread there. We're up to 308 and the archives now hold over 6000 deck logs. Unfortunately few auxiliarly vessels have made it there yet.

The SOB - I hope he can never be employed by the goobermint in any capacity.

I wonder how many vets died and their claim was denied because of these actions.

I wonder how many claims are at BVA or COVA - due to these actions.

B*sturd !

amazing that it is only a misdemeanor. Hoepfully the va will notify those whose records were tampered with. If not and someone finds out later down the line, it could mean CUE actions and lawsuits. Lets see what they do.

If and when they locate the claimants records and those record are factored in

for a grant of benefits, the effective date will probably somehow fall under, 3.156.
