"Supervisors say some employees would deliberately file the records of several veterans in one file in a process known as “stashing.” I guess that is a step up from "shredding"..... your comments are right on the nose Daklander.....BTW, VA added more AO ships to their list recently, the link is in our AO forum. I saw that Berta, thanks. I had also posted the info in Carlie's original thread there. We're up to 308 and the archives now hold over 6000 deck logs. I wonder how many vets died and their claim was denied because of these actions. I wonder how many claims are at BVA or COVA - due to these actions. B*sturd ! If and when they locate the claimants records and those record are factored in for a grant of benefits, the effective date will probably somehow fall under, 3.156.
