Dro Decision Coming Up On 4 Years (41 Months)

Question

I submitted an NOD on Oct 2010. For the next 2 years, I have reported to 8 C&P exams. The last one was April 2012. I received the exams and they are all in favor of me "more likely then less" service connected. Well I haven't heard anything since April 2012. Do you think they will make me do all the C&P exams again? All positive and negative feedback would greatly be appreciated!!!

Since it has been almost 2 years since your last C & P exam, if I were you I would send them an IRIS as to the status of the claim.

http://www.va.gov/

Clickon the Contact us button and then on "Ask a Question" and you will be directed to the IRIS system.

File this as a status query and ask them the status of the claim(s).

I always suggest email reply, this way you have documentation of what they say.

I assume you have not moved since getting the C & P exams.

You could register for ebenefits as well...to get a status or call Peggy (1-800-827-1000) but that can be a futile endeavor.

These types of delays are Criminal, The government would not allow a private insurance fund to treat people this way. The current Administration DEMANDED 90 day or less from BP in the Gulf, why are we who were injured in service to our country any less important?
