Preparation For A Decision

Really...I called my American Legion and they said that it could be 60 days well now I'm on seventy days does anyone have any ideas?? My regional office is in Little Rock Arkansas... are there any other sites I can check????....I'm lost please help!!!!

Only other avenue I've gotten any answers from is 800 number or IRIS; IRIS was better for me.

I'm going on 4 years for my dependency, and still no word on when my claim will be finalized, but my initial claim took 2 years.

Agree with Kelly, give IRIS a shot.

I used IRIS to point out my claim was not a "new claim" but a claim for an increase in my DMII. They never addressed that, but gave me a bunch of BS about how hard they were working on backlog. I bet they are hard at work screwing up my simple claim.

Thank you everybody for your help. My ebennys now says Pending decision approval....Hopefully not another 70 days!!! Still can't find AB8 letter...And if it's the benefit verification letter it is wrong because it says no SC and I was SC with Migraines 0% Oct 2005.
