wfdyer1 Posted April 30, 2014 Author Share Posted April 30, 2014 (edited) Made contact with the Regional Office in Phoenix because it's impossible to get any help from DAV.They are saying it will be at least 2 more months before I even get a verification letter and after that I'll receive my retro.They said they have one person in their office that handles that department of disbursal and he is backlogged.They are just now handling Feb. claim disbursal now.They have got to be one of the worst RO's in the system and nobody does anything about it.
