ptsd Bbe Decision Before Ebenefits Update

I had just received the BBE with a statement of the case stating that my PTSD evaluation was granted with a 30 percent effective date of May 26th 2012. I was already rated 10% for tinnitus so my overall now is 40% (37%). I am fine with that but when I get on to eBenefits it does not show that in the documents section nor can I add my son as a dependent. How often do they send a decision before updating eBenefits and how long is the average wait before they update it? Thanks for all the help over the years!

E benefits recently changed the password requirements. Now it can't have ANY words in it. I've even tried foreign-language words and those didn't work either. It basically has to be One uppercase letter then a few numbers and a few special characters. Something like Ka333&&&? would work.

Mike if you still can't get on E benefits with a password like that, then you could try contacting their technical support.
