Berta Posted May 2, 2014 Share Posted May 2, 2014 I am looking at my USPS tracking slip info for two claims I filed in 2012. The VA verified receipt of them in early 2013 via 800. The VA just told me I never filed these claims and my only issue pending is DIC. I think they are manipulating the backlog figures at the Buffalo VARO. I wont be back here much until I resolve this. VA says they are working on my DIC claim. WTF I get DIC already....have gotten it for 20 years... under 3 separate bases.... Sounds like the ROs have their 'lists' as well as Phoenix. 0 63SIERRA Posted May 4, 2014 Share Posted May 4, 2014 everything is beginning to come to a head, something has to give. the va cant continue to operate in a way it has been and the veterans dont trust the va anymore. it cant go on like this forever. As veterans our kids are hearing and seeing what we are dealing with, and it will turn them away from getting involved in any way with the millitary, this weakens us as a country when nobody is willing to fight anymore, because there is no trust.
