63SIERRA Posted July 4, 2014 Share Posted July 4, 2014 I remember when Phil first came here and that was exactly the position he was in, just bout to say F it, and little by little he asked questions and got the tools needed to win. I think that the Va comes to a realization that the vet is getting an education somewhere, and decide they cant win and give a rating they hope the vet will take and just go away. No amount of money is worth constant physical pain, or worse, having to watch the people who love and depend on you go through it.
