E Benefits Recently Changed The Password Requirements.

E benefits recently changed the password requirements. Now it can't have ANY words in it. I've even tried foreign-language words and those didn't work for me either. It basically has to be One uppercase letter, one lower case letter-then a few numbers and a few special characters. Something like Ka333&&&? would work.

Every few months, Ebenefits wants the user to change their password so this is just a heads up. Certainly wait to change your password until Ebenefits tells you you have to.

Just tried my phone says ebenefits security is not trusted? Hacked?

No, something about the ebenefits site comes up as Untrusted in my software too. I just close browser to log out.

I went all through that a few weeks ago. I really have a weird password after talking to someone at e benies. It works good now.

Thanks! I'm finally on ebenefits. My claim went from pending notification to gathering evidence on 08/07 but I know from had it that that's a good sign. They are reviewing my C&P results I assume.

My checked was routed to another bank via phone fraud as ebenfits information was hacked. The agent that took the nefarious call should also be held responsible, he was duped. VA filed a report and it has been a week. They say 3 to 5 days to repay me. We shall see. Stay off ebenefits it is unsafe. 100 percent TDIU, USAF.
