"If a new claim is submitted while an existing claim is pending, any new information will be consolidated with the pending claim. The new claim will then be marked as Complete and moved to Historical Claims with no further action required."

So, let me get this straight. You have a 8 month pending claim for, lets say, tuition for your college age daughter, and then you all of a sudden get cancer, you make the claim. The claim for cancer is then marked complete, archived and now your cancer is part of a request for tuition????

My ebenefits says it as well, but I think something is wrong with ebenefits today my entire status page is messed up.
