Starts on Page 5:

"Hundreds of thousands of disability and compensation
claims filed with the Department of Veterans Affairs’
eBenefits portal are incomplete and are beginning to
expire.

DAV wants to avoid a costly reset in their date of
claim submissions and help veterans and families obtain
the benefits they’ve earned...."

Log on to eBenefits

Select View My Status- General - View Open or Submitted Applications

Denying and kicking claims to the appeal track is part 1 of the a conspiracy to make it look like the claim numbers went down. This is part two.

I agree Vync, if the Dang VA would do the job right the first time, then there would be no need for claims to be tied up for years in Appeals.
