I would say this may mean that they do not "believe" you or at least your credibility in filing for your contentions? It seems like this speaks to your personal intent and motives without coming out and saying it? It's really an odd statement? Frankly, evidence is what they should be considering for your claim..frankly, you either have it or you don't? Also, it sounds like a lawyer wrote that...? 0 mos1833 Posted September 23, 2014 Author Share Posted September 23, 2014 what gets me is that this was a remanded claim for the board to specifically reconsider the claim , useing my lay evidence.because they failed to before. all they did was list this bull sh** laws and never once pointed to a specific peace of evidence that would justifi or proof in there decision denying the benifits.
