Hubby received his decision last night of 80%

Thanks so much for everyone's help- with the legal stuff, the medical stuff and the emotional support. We couldn't have come this far without all of you.

Hubby is most excited that now he gets to hunt & fish for free! Haha

Unfortunately, it's not over for us though. They rushed the decision and made several errors. They started working on it Wednesday and finished Friday afternoon! It went from gathering evidence to complete in 3 days.

WONDERFUL NEWS NAVYWIFE!!!!!!!

Thank you for doing so muvh to help him with his claim and you sure have helped many here as well with your knowledge of VA 101!

And this is why that knowledge is truly Power!

You already seem to be able to tell they buggered something up already.

And if that was detrimental to him, I know you will get on them about it!!!!!!

This is just great news and I am going to eat a large chocolate brownie to celebrate this victory with you!

GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University !

When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief

Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

Thanks so much Berta!

You are the one that pointed out to me that many times in an "approval", there are mistakes that cause the vet not to get their full benefits due.

Chocolate brownies sound good! We will be grocery shopping today, and I'm putting that on the list!

Congratulations on a well deserved victory. There is no doubt in my mind your husband will eventually receive 100% with you working as his advocate. Berta is right about the power of knowledge. Your knowledge of the VA claims process is amazing and I have no doubt many veterans on this website have been helped by you. I have learned from your postings and I hope to see many more of them in the future.

Good luck to you and your husband and please express my thanks to him for his service.

Great News Girl, I don't Hunt but I like to do a little Fishing. I see that the VA rushed his last few steps as mine. As you know I just had C&Ps on Tues. and by Thurs. status changed to Prep for Decision. Hopefully my claim comes out good. I know that with your Knowledge and Hubbies support, he will be 100% soon, and hopefully I can retain my 100%. God Bless and what a great way to start the weekend. You guys can breathe now, and give your Kiddos a Big Hugg!!!
