Question

Hi there! For me my journey started in May 2013 and in July 2013 I received three separate C&P's for most of my contentions EXCEPT my claim for MH. I sat and sat until June 2014 when I got partially S/C for some contentions, denied on a few and the rest were "deferred" to include my MH claim which on my BBE stated "VA examination" - so I sat and sat and then I started MH treatment and then around August I got a call from a coordinator at the RO's office wanting to help me amend my MH claim to add PTSD (secondary to personal assault). Then I sat and sat and last week final had my C&P Exam which is posted in the C&P forum. It was for my MH claim to include my eating disorder and my PTSD (MST) and Anxiety. I think it went well. So today I get a call and the coordinator told me that she talked to the rating team and told me that they received my C&P exams and as long as I did not submit any additional info I should go to the rating board really soon. They have to get a few medical opinions as well but nothing too much more is required.

I have been waiting now for the additional contentions for over a year and half now. I am grateful I got partial S/C at least but to get all of this done and over with will be good.

My point in my rambling was to let you know that if you have multiple contentions YES you could have a few C&P's to get through. I had 16 contentions that I filed so I see now why I have sat for a bit.

Hang in there your time is coming!
